Weekend trips and High Tea

When living in London, one should attend High Tea at least once. The work wives decided we'd go to the Sanderson Hotel's Alice in Wonderland's version of High Tea.
It was delightful and oh, so cute!

We try to get out every weekend to do some sort of sight-seeing/touristy thing with the girls. The weekend that Amy and David were in town, we went to Notting Hill and Portobello Road.
TONS of people there, but we found some really cute stuff!

Giant rack of old sewing machines- this one's for you, Mom!
Portobello Road craziness

This is the Travel Book Shop that inspired the movie, Notting Hill. It was such a cute little shop!!

This past weekend, we went to Kew Gardens, to meet up with our friends, Jeremy and Aileen.
On our way in the tube....

Our sweet friends, Jeremy and Aileen- they were so patient with our girls. It's just not the same being "tourists" with little kiddos- we now look for places that also have play areas and play grounds. :)

Sweet Annie cashed out in the stroller (or push-cart!) while at Kew....
